James Hughes Dominguez (Jimmy) was and is a beautiful young man with a beautiful, giving heart. From a very young age he put others first, giving others the benefit of the doubt and being there for his friends and family when life was sad. He took on the burdens of others without thinking of the cost to himself.

He was a Life Scout in the Boy Scouts of America and loved nature, fishing, hunting, hiking, camping and bird watching (with mom). He was also a black belt Sho Dan in Shito-ryu karate which taught him a disciplined quiet gentleness.

He was really too good for this world and went to heaven on April 26, 2000 at the age of 19. His life ended as he had lived it. He gave to others donating to those in need.

He graduated from McNeil High School in Round Rock, Texas, and then attended the University of Oklahoma having been awarded a National Hispanic Merit Scholarship for his studies in engineering.
