Ashton Marie Goodenberger (Pooh Bear) was born on February 16, 1989, and passed away the morning of June 05, 2005 at the age of 16 due to a tragic auto accident. She had a beautiful spirit, a brilliant smile and was a true friend to everyone. She was one of those rare people who exemplified true beauty on the inside and out. She was an uncommonly genuine and generous person. Her friends and family were the most important thing in the world to her and she remained loyal to them through any test. She saw goodness in everyone and always believed the best in people. She would give anything she could to help her friends and she continued that generosity even after she left us. She had a beautiful smile, an unmistakable laugh that no one could forget, and she never failed to let you know that she loved you.

She will live on through her (5) organ recipients who ranged in age from 16 to 62. Her legacy of organ donation did, and will continue to change lives. Ashton’s true loving spirit will continue on through the people who knew her and the families that have been touched by her donation. She was truly loved by everyone and is deeply missed everyday…….We remember, love, and miss her today and will continue to do so forever.
