Kristine, “Ladybug,” McDade, was a beautiful soul, with an incredible personality and smile that could light up a room. Graduating high school at the age of sixteen, was a goal she reached excitedly! She then became a CNA and was loved by staff and patients alike. Ladybug will be missed, but she will remain in our hearts. Her gift of donating her organs will keep her here on earth. #FOREVERBUG
